RALA+ was founded on a shared vision: to connect, support, and empower Latino educators and allies across Richardson ISD and beyond. What began as meaningful conversations about leadership, representation, and opportunity has grown into a thriving professional network dedicated to creating lasting impact.
Through mentorship, professional development, networking, and advocacy, we continue opening doors abriendo puertas for educators, students, and future leaders while strengthening relationships between schools, families, and the communities we proudly serve.
Our mission is simple: elevate voices, create opportunities, and inspire positive change that benefits generations to come.
