RALA+ proudly hosted its Fall Family Panel, bringing together parents, students, and educators from across Richardson ISD to share their voices, experiences, and perspectives. The evening highlighted meaningful dialogue around education, community, and Latino leadership—true to RALA+’s mission of opening doors and building connections.
Families representing all four learning communities participated:

The event featured beautiful fall decorations, engaging discussions, and a warm atmosphere filled with collaboration and celebration. Guests enjoyed light refreshments while connecting with RALA+ board members and community allies, reinforcing the vision of increasing representation for Latino leaders, educators, paraprofessionals, and allies through leadership development.
