Abriendo Puertas Member Forum
This forum invites all active RALA+ members to explore what it means to open doors for Latino educators, students, families, and allies. Members will share resources, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities to support one another through leadership and community engagement
RALA+ Member Appreciation Gathering
The RALA+ Member Appreciation Gathering is a celebration of the people who make the organization’s mission possible. This event recognizes member contributions, highlights community impact, and creates space for members to connect and celebrate together
Member Leadership Conversation
This member-wide session invites RALA+ members to reflect on leadership, representation, and the role of Latino educators and allies in shaping stronger schools. Participants will engage in guided discussion and leave with practical ideas for personal and professional growth
Events Open to All Members
All-Member Networking Night brings active RALA+ members together for an evening of connection, conversation, and collaboration. Members will have the opportunity to build relationships, share experiences, and strengthen the sense of community across membership categories.
